American Management Group (AMG) has managed our Association in Pompano - a 29-story, 289-unit Ocean Front building, for the past two years.

The Board of Directors continues to be impressed with the professionalism AMG has provided to our staff and how they handle their positions under the direction of AMG. More importantly, our spending has decreased while revenue has gone up due to the diligence and expertise of our Property Manager. Our Manager and office staff have become reliable fixtures in our building due to the courteous and capable responsible to our ownership.

It has been a pleasure to see how the AMG staff has pitched in to resolve many of our processing and accounting deficiencies that we detected after we assumed our leadership role in March of 2011. If it wasn't for AMG we would still be floundering and without their support and Manager’s guidance we would be facing issues we were not prepared to resolve.

In closing, the fiscal condition of our Association has never been in better shape through the efforts of the Manager and AMG's Management team. We are very pleased with the improvement of our service to our members and the diligence to the infrastructure of our operation as a result of bringing AMG on board.

This is a brief letter to state that your collective efforts to date have been above and beyond our expectations and this is making a positive impact on the Association's cash flow. We are astounded to see that since you have been our management company, you were able to reduce the number of delinquent homeowners to only 2 out of 237.

Your efforts and work regarding our finances are also to be commended. Your efforts in maintaining the financial stability that is so needed in today's economy through accurate reporting, maximizing yield on our investment accounts without compromising safety and security of the Association's funds is much appreciated.

We would also like to commend you on the violations process taking place. We have been very happy with Adriana and the documentation provided in the last few meetings.
